The Wittenberg Torch is publishing again, thanks to the efforts of an invigorated student staff, an experienced faculty advisor, and support from Wittenberg's Provost, Brian Yontz. Working with Wittenberg's Administration and faculty members, the WIN Foundation is providing alumni mentors, donating camera equipment, and providing budgetary support for this exciting effort.

Evelyn Huspen is the new Editor-in-Chief of The Wittenberg Torch, and she is leading the student-run paper with the help of faculty advisor, D'Arcy Fallon. This is the age of digital media, and The Torch is now using state-of-the-art publish-on-demand software specifically designed for online newspapers. You can read The Torch article about the launch here:
The WIN Foundation's efforts in support of The Torch are part of a broader Activity-based Recruiting Plan (https://www.wittinnovationnetwork.org/post/an-activity-based-college-recruiting-plan-to-boost-enrollment) which will use co-curricular activities to recruit and retain students for Wittenberg - similar to the way that coaches recruit high school athletes and retain them at Wittenberg.
